• Order Records: Selected eSIM data package, payment transaction ID (PayPal Capture ID), and wholesale ICCID.
• Technical Data: IP address and browser user-agent collected solely for fraud prevention and payment security.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to:

• Provision your digital eSIM line with our telecom carrier partner (Keepgo).
• Dispatch your eSIM QR Code image, receipt, and copy-paste activation parameters to your verified Email address.
• Provide transactional customer support and network diagnostics if requested.
• Maintain statutory transaction records and prevent duplicate fulfillment attempts.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers necessary to complete delivery:

• Keepgo Wholesale B2B API: For allocating SIM ICCID and GSMA carrier profile.
• Transactional Email Gateway: For automated delivery of the QR code image, activation manual, and payment receipts.
• PayPal: For payment authorization and fraud protection.

We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal data to any advertisers, brokers, or marketing networks.

4. Data Retention & Rights

Order data is retained in our secure database for accounting compliance and order verification. You may request data inspection or deletion of your contact records after the completion of your travel by emailing our data protection officer at onstech.sales@gmail.com.
